How Indices Work
Investors buy your index to replicate its underlying strategy.
Your index comes with a ticker and a quote which starts at 100. Indices track your underlying trades without disclosing them to investors. This way, no-one trades behind your back or reverse engineering strategies.
As investors succeed, we collect fees and share them with you. The process is transparent and automated: 15% performance goes to you and 5% to us.
One Index, Three Revenue Sources
A DARWIN backed by 10 million AuM returning 20% a year would get 300k in performance fees.

Seed Capital Allocation Programme- DarwinIA SILVER and GOLD are the two levels of our monthly seed capital allocation programme. Opt for allocations on a recurring and cumulative basis and we will pay you 15% of the profits you generate.

Investors we Attract - We expose all indices to our investors, who pay us 1.2% management and 20% success fee (we pay you 15% performance). You get detailed analytics on performance fees and investor behaviour too!

Investors you Introduce - Leverage the Darwinex Pro white-label solution to approach investors with your brand and our legal cover.
DARWIN Assets Universe
DARWIN indices are made up of immediately liquid assets which offer investors instant liquidity.
The eligible assets universe includes 800 US Stocks, the most liquid Futures, 100+ ETFs, FX crosses and CFDs (indices, commodities, stocks and ETFs).
You may trade assets on Exchange via Interactive Brokers TWS platform or OTC (CFDs) via MetaTrader 4 and 5.

How to Create your Index
You can create your index through a live Interactive Brokers account or via a MT4 or MT5 account with us. Our algorithm will learn your trading habits for a month and you’ll then be able to create your DARWIN.
You can move your current IBKR account to us or import the MT4 track record you accrued with your previous broker. We’ll read trade and cash-flow history and create a historical index quote. The investor interface shows investors both the track-record accrued before and after listing the index.
